The new concept of fitness “hand run”
American fitness experts design a new type of fitness — “Hand to run.”
As the name suggests, “hand-run” that is “hands” as the center of the fitness activities. The researchers believe that “hand to run a” special ability to walk for any inconvenience or older persons with disabilities, not only can play with the same fitness effect of jogging, but also help to combat the elderly often frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, arthritis and other disorders.
“Hand-run” warm-up a variety of forms, the “hand-pedal”, “Together” and “drop” and so on.
